Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing EasyBuys.ae. We are dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible across the UAE. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during major sales or seasonal peaks), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery options within the UAE:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within the UAE. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth hand-off with our courier partners.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EasyBuys.ae is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take clear photos of the package as it arrived.

7. Delivery Address & Re-routing

Please ensure your shipping address, including the Villa/Apartment number, Street, and Area, is accurate. We are unable to re-route packages once they have left our warehouse. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
